HOW TO REGISTER
Registering a QGolf member it’s so easy. You just need to submit to us this following documents:
- Copy of identity card (Indonesian citizens) or copy of Passport or KITAS (foreigners)
- Recent photo, not wearing a sunglasses or hat
- Application form. Download here.
- Bank transfer slip or a screen shot for mobile banking.
Submit all of documents to email customercare@qgolf.asia
Notes:
– All payment must be to QGolf bank accounts, under nama PT Qualitas Andalan Bersama.
– All of the documents will be check first before we print your member card.
– All of payment need to reconfirm with our finance department.
– We need at least 1×24 working hours before delivery your card.
– Your card will be deliver with our own courier or with a third party courier.
